I need to know who the officers are that took notes when my home was broke into/burgulary. I know who did the crime (which is why I need to read the report) and I will probably file a civil suit with this individual. I was the victim and the record clerk stated, I can only review the report if I have a pending court case with date and time. Is there anyway to circumvent around this?
